Well, the storm is over and we're all still standing. Luckily, it wasn't nearly as bad as we all anticipated so Friday actually turned out to be a pretty good day. We got the day off from work
and my house is still standing. The half of one of my backyard trees fell down, but it was actually a good thing because we were starting to cut down that tree since it's ugly, it attracts bees, and it's pushing out our wall.
Here's Lance breaking it down the next morning:
The one yucky consequence of the storm was that this little guy somehow managed to work his way into our house and up our wall. Of course, I spotted him first and then let Lance deal with him.
M*Bark was glad that the storm wasn't as bad as we had anticipated because she doesn't like storms. When it was all over, she passed out with her pillow.

wow wongie, what adventures you have. ever consider getting out of that house sometime? oh wait, but then again you spent so much time and money on it that you'd better take every second to savor it right? haha.
crazy! storms are crazy! we just had a storm of sorts, but it was pretty much just wind and cold. my power was out the other day. i was pretty tired of walking sideways cause the wind was blowin so hard! now it's over and sunny. :) YAY
